The Life Direction Review is most valuable when we have something real to work with together.

Bring your notes, reflections and any answers that felt particularly alive, unresolved or difficult to interpret.

You do not need to organise them perfectly.

Together we will distinguish signal from noise and explore where the weight of your reflections appears to be pointing.

Doing so gives us meaningful material to work with and allows us to spend our hour exploring your direction rather than beginning the enquiry from scratch.
